the house

Click to play the house

per request, here are some pictures of the house. it's been fun setting things up, but we still have a long way to go, so ignore the empty spaces/pictures propped against the wall, etc. and the out of focus pictures.
the kids love everything about the house. so do i, for that matter (if i ignore the ants). it's technically all one level, which is fabulous. there are two steps to get 'down' to the playroom, so gretchen calls it the 'basement'. i guess she feels no house is complete without one! any way, here's a little glimpse into our florida (South) lives. maybe some of you will come see it in person?

Great house! Just wait - next time you have a baby, you will love that bidet (aka bottom washer). We had one in the lakehouse, and it was great (even not after having a baby).

this looks like so much fun! You have done a great job! How cool is it that your style looks great in every house you move to! You are so classy. Aaron and I want to come and visit soon! we have time off in like 2 weeks- but thought maybe that was too soon! have you heard that Tyson Apostal is going to be on the next Survivor? You can see his video clips on the web page for Survivor. Crazy huh? Orem high has put out some interesting people into the media....... )your prom date) to name a few.

It looks great! It looks like it belongs to you. :-) We were talking last night about going on a field trip to South Florida for book group. Last week Jeff saw a fare for $35 ROUND TRIP! Are you ready to host?

Your house is so cute! The kids watched the show with me. They were obviously most impressed with the fact that you had a pool and your "playground". Ellie just told us about $30 something flights last night at bookclub that she had seen. If those come up again, we decided that we might just be able to pull off bookclub at your house...does that sound good??

Just as a note - Ellie and I must have been posting at the same time...:)

your house is way more put together than mine and I've been here almost 6 months! But that is no surprise!

laura, it's beautiful. you don't need francisco in your house because you have so many fabulous pillows. i think they need to be in my house. maybe we should move in together and share francisco and the pillows. i'll come join you in south florida and won't even mind the ants.

also, brad says that bottom washers (bidets) are fabulous. they had them in spain and he fully plans on having on in our house some day. i myself am suspish.

tell brad if he visits, he can have full use of the bottom washer. bring francisco. he would love my pillows. i got a new one that especially matches him.

Your house looks so great! I love the kitchen and backyard the best~the two places I would love to have more space. Your girls were mentioned and missed at Activity Days again last night and you were at book club 2 nights ago! We miss you! $35 tickets? Amazing!

I love looking at house pictures!

Everything is beautiful - I can't believe how moved in you already are. Very impressive. I love the kitchen! And your master bedroom is gorgeous. I love all your house decorations. And I'm jealous of the book room. And the yard. And the pool. And maybe the bottom washer. I'm glad it got its own picture.
